How can I order from you?
You can place your order at any time in our online shop funkdome.com.
Can I order by phone or email?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of ordering by telephone or by e-mail. To place your order, we recommend using our online shop.
Can I change an order afterwards?
Unfortunately that is not possible. We can no longer add to orders that have already been completed. Simply order the additional items again. If we can send everything in one delivery, we will reimburse the shipping costs afterwards.
What happens after my order?
After receipt of your paid order in our shop, it will be processed and shipped on working days by 2:30 p.m. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail, which also contains the tracking information from DHL.
Can I return ordered goods?
As part of the statutory right of withdrawal, you have the option of returning the goods within 14 days of the delivery date noted in the tracking. Please make sure that the goods are still in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, opened products cannot be returned.

We offer PayPal and credit card as a secure payment method in our shop. It is planned that we will also offer cash on delivery and bank transfer in advance in the near future.

How do I redeem a voucher code?
If you have a valid voucher code from us, you can enter it in the payment process when shopping. The amount will then be deducted from your purchase. If necessary, you only have to pay the remaining amount.

How can I check the delivery status?
Nachdem deine Bestellung unser Lager verlassen hat, schicken wir dir eine Lieferbestätigung per Mail. Dort findest du auch die Tracking ID von DHL. Mit dieser kannst du dein aktuellen Status auf der DHL-Website prüfen.
